Return & Refund and Exchange

For full refund the following criteria should be meet.

  • For generating Return or Exchange, customer need to send a message on WhatsApp number on 0314 6927541
  • The product should not be damaged or used.
  • The claim for the return should be lodged within 7 days after the delivery date.
  • Discounted or Sale products are also eligible for refund.
  • The returned product should be in original condition, with original packing and with original invoice or receipt.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 1 to 2 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to CHARSOLE, (Address will be provided on WhatsApp)
