At Charsole, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following details of our return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, Charsole will refund the full amount, including the cost of shipping, and we will cover the return shipping charges as well.
- For returns where the product is in perfect condition but the customer still wishes to return it, Charsole will only refund the product cost, excluding the original shipping fees. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Returns due to a change of mind are accepted, but only the product cost will be refunded. The shipping fees will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet within 2 working days.
