- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels intact.
- We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition or if it does not meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

- Refunds will be issued to the payment methods like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Nayapay, Sadapay or any other Bank provided by the customer.
- Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund.

- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If a return shipping label is provided by us, please use it for the return shipment to ensure proper handling and tracking.
