- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping option selected at checkout.
- Our standard delivery time for the parcel to be delivered is 2 to 3 working days in main cities, and 3 to 4 working days in remote cities.

3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. International Shipping

- Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Charsole.

5. Shipping Delays
- Charsole is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or carrier issues. However, we will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
